To maintain the same, the Company has developed a World Class Base Kitchen with Latest Equipment’s. The Products have been developed pain stakingly under the stringiest hygiene conditions. All the Poultry Items are Blast Chilled to prevent Bacterial Growth. All the Products are stored in Temperature Controlled Cold Rooms prescribed by HACCP. All the Items are prepared in our Base Kitchen and then transported through Temperature Controlled Trucks to preserve the Original Taste.  All Items are freshly served to the Customers and are most of the items are prepared in front of the Customers.

The Main USP of our Products is we only use Halal Poultry Products, which is highly recommended by HACCP, Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Salads, and Imported Herbs & Spices from Lebanon.  We use Fresh Exotic Vegetables & Fresh Ingredients to give Authentic Taste.  All the Items are prepared in Latest Automatic Machinery, which involves minimal hand contact, to prevent bacterial growth.  Our Shawarma’s are the juiciest, tastiest and only 100% Wheat Bread is used in Shawarma’s, traditionally known as Saaj Bread.
